EN365 Terms and Conditions

Welcome to EN365 (including en365game.com, the EN365 mobile app, EN 365 Yono services, and related platforms, collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and EN365 Operations Pvt. Ltd.(“EN365”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company operating from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
By registering, downloading the EN365 APK, accessing the platform, or participating in any games or services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
- You accept and agree to comply with these Terms
1. Platform Description
EN365 provides online skill-based entertainment games including:
- Rummy
- Color prediction games
- Card challenges
- Slots-style simulations
- Yono-style contests
Some games may require entry fees and may offer prizes or rewards based on gameplay performance.
EN365 acts solely as a technology platform facilitating skill-based gaming competitions and does not guarantee outcomes or winnings.
2. Eligibility
- Be 18 years or older
- Be located in India where skill gaming is legally permitted
- Not reside in restricted states including Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Sikkim (subject to updates)
- No previous record of fraud or banned accounts
- Provide accurate identity and verification details
Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
3. Account Registration
Users must create an account to access most platform features.
- One account per individual
- Registration via valid mobile number or email
- OTP verification required
- Completion of KYC verification when required
KYC documentation may include:
- PAN card
- Bank account verification
- Aadhaar (where applicable)
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. EN365 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
4. Deposits and Credits
All financial transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR).
Accepted payment methods may include:
- UPI
- Bank transfers
- Digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe)
Deposits must originate from accounts owned by the registered user. Third-party payments are not allowed.
5. Games and Winnings
Gameplay outcomes may depend on player strategy, skill, and experience.
- Winnings credited to the Winnings Wallet
- Separate from the Bonus Wallet
Tax regulations:
- 30% TDS for winnings above ₹10,000
- 30% aggregate tax above ₹1,00,000 annually
- PAN verification required for withdrawals above ₹10,000
6. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ₹100–₹500
- Processing time: 24–72 hours
- Funds sent only to verified bank or UPI

8. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraudulent behavior
- Multiple accounts
- Bots or automated gameplay
- Collusion between players
- VPN or geo-spoofing
- Harassment of users or staff
9. Responsible Gaming
- Deposit limits
- Session time limits
- Self-exclusion options
- Activity history monitoring
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content including software, logos, source code, platform design, and visual assets are the intellectual property of EN365 or its licensors.
11. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate services provided by third parties such as payment gateways, analytics providers, or advertising partners.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The EN365 platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user.
13. Account Termination
Accounts may be terminated by the user or suspended by EN365 for violations, fraud, inactivity, or legal requirements.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
15. Amendments
EN365 may update these Terms periodically via notifications or email.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, remaining provisions remain effective.
17. Waiver
Failure to enforce provisions shall not constitute a waiver.
18. Assignment
EN365 may assign rights under these Terms. Users may not transfer rights without written consent.

20. Bonus Specific Conditions
Bonus funds are applied first during gameplay and winnings may be transferred after meeting wagering requirements.
21. Tax Compliance
